Constitution
The object of The Friends of Peasmarsh Parish Church shall be to advance the Christian religion by the restoration, maintenance and improvement of the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Peasmarsh, East Sussex and its churchyard and other buildings within the churchyard.
In furtherance of the above object but not further or otherwise the Friends through their Committee shall have the following powers:
a) To raise funds and to invite and receive contributions from any person or persons whatsoever by way of subscription, donation and otherwise providing that the Friends shall not undertake any permanent trading activities in raising funds for their charitable objects
b) to do all such lawful things as shall further the object of the Friends
